On the MRI, did it mention any central spinal stenosis?
Glad the burn helped, that's good for the vertebral foramen stenosis...

I dont know if it helped yet or at least not much but maybe a little. lol

Yeah there was some central spinal stenosis but nothing to serious and of course pinched nerves. I had quite a bit when they did the MRI on my L3 & L4. They went in and cleaned it out. No problems luckily.

4 weeks in and not much to report. A little less pain and its loosened up a bit more where it doesn't feel cramped on one side and will crack without pain. Other than that I can definitely tell its still tweaked but manageable at this point if it doesn't get any better with 1x a day anti inflammatory and a little hydocodone help. I was hoping to eliminate them 100%

7 weeks out and it is better. Loosed up quite a bit, more normal range of motion but after not having an anti inflammatory and 1 hydrocodone it starts to stiffen up quite a big again. This I can live with if I had to. I still want to work my my down to zero hydrocodone but that may not be possible with the fibromyalgia.
