    maybe run arimidex throughout the cycle?

    and i wonder if it partains to pheraplex anyway. i would assume so since they are close neighboring methylated compounds.

    I'm totally bummed right now... guy I'm crushing on is hanging out in fron of my apt with a bunch of the guys that work at my gym... one of them lives in my building... i wish i could talk to him.. i just can't.. he's too hot, and I love bb's

    I see this guy everyday.. sometiems twice .. he's atrainer at my gym.. he asked me out a few months ago... got my number and stuff.. then didn't call, but we say hi and if I'm lucky we make small talk.. but he's usually training adn I'm usually pretty hradcore at the gym.. besides, hes makes me so nervous I can barely look at him, he prolly thinks I have a touch of the downs...

    so anyway.. i go out to pick up some essentials.. you know, chicken boobs, cottage cheese and sweet potatoes... and when I come back theres like 5 trainers, including him and two chicks just chilling .. and I'm all dressed like a bum and a bit sweaty from hoofin' it.. totally unaware.. we did a 1/2 wave thing... i'm so pathetic

    All i wanted was to be great in my career... and that all went to shvt, but all fromme.. because I changed directions.. and now I have to make the necessary adjustments.. things do have a tendency to change... Don't owrry Nove.. you're gonn a be great at whatever you do.... just need time to make it happen.

    I'm just getting scared becuase I thought I have everything planned out... and now I'm getting older and I feel some of my dreams slipping away
