what it is, u get your dr to fill your medical history then send it to the army selection centre. because i had a ligament reconstruction 3 yr ago on my knee they need more info wtf... like, what material was used to replace my cruciate ligament. grrr. they send my dr 2 letters w/o reply so i have to phone them and find out the score. they claim they have no leters so i personally go to my sergion and got his address so the army can right to him.

yea ive been really good lately. being as im on a fair amount of aa 17 oral roids, i prefer to stay at home, eat protein powder and sleep than go out and get drunk, eventually breaking random sh_t.

im done bulking now, started cutting about a week now, i got 2 more till my cycle ends. then its on to the clenbuterol. gotta get really skinny
