I added up my calories and will only have about 2000 counting 4 more cans of tuna and two baked potatoes...I work out after my first meal usually or second so i had to change that stuff around..

Make it after your second...2 whole meals is optimal before workout. I would start out with 2,500cals, you can always drop from there.

strength/properties of engineering materials. basically we were testing the hardness of aluminum alloy, copper, teflon and some composite material.

btw arm day is one of my favorite lifting days... thats tomorrow for me
