how did your workout go mili..
it worked fine I did deadlifts , pullups (behind/front the neck) , bent over rows, dumbel rows, close grip push down , seated rows , barbell curl and concentration curls
that mustve bin killa, and there was me thinkin my workouts were high volume
i train everything with high intensity exept chest because I have a tearing in my right pec
