theres a lot of variables involved, but basically I think A) dont underestimate the necessity of a good lawyer and B) Jails are too crowded already for them to lock you up over a first offense

Dude, why not just give up a overseas website source? Say you paid with cash...How can they prove you didn't? Nothing they can do since it's up to US Mail to catch it....think about it....

I don't think mi laws are too much different than any where else. If anything they are more strict. A good lawyer is a key to receiving the least amount of punishment.

The amount that he got caught with could be considered Dist. but they'll let him off with poss..
$500 fine and a years probation is what he's looking at.
Still sucks though..
