Steve0 I'm going to cut for another week and then bulk until May1 I have decided. It is going to be a very clean bulk..check out my ideas in the diet forum from my bulking diet thread.
All I have to say is the difference is like night and day. I'd say your around 12% bf. The fat loss is amazing. You had quite a belly, and now it's flat. You can see your upper four abs. The lower ab fat is usually the most difficult to get rid of. They will come though.
Also, the legs look more defined, and your chest, and arms are solid (good lats too). I agree with what 305 said, when your 25, you will be a monster.

Good stuff..that 12% is good to hear. Hopefully I will hit single digits next time I cut..thats my goal. I always felt that my arms were a little weak, esp biceps. Thanks for the comments keyser
ya for sure man keep it up. i am in the same boat as you brutha. I am about 1-2 weeks away from being in that bf range where its like 12 percent and ya just cant get to those 2 lower abbs all the way. I bf will prob be similar to the one in your pic real soon, then im going back to the dc (never stopped dc) clean bulk where my diet is just as clean as my cutting one and intend on gain either 0 jor very little fat
i am actually real real close to the pic all the way on the left as far as bf goes

when you end cutting let me know how fast your strength goes back up. mine has dropped only slightly, i am still within 1-2 reps of my personal bests. i always seem to come up 1.5 reps short
which i think is great because i am only on 100 carbs a day and cardio 14 times a week. not using anything but green tea. probably started off a little bit ahead of where you were in your before pics, but still pudgy a little bit.
anyway nuff about me,
helluva f'n job on that transformation, it must be so nice to be back in mass mode while looking good doing it. i cant wait

Yup man...the lifts basically shot back up. Just what I like to seee. Gained 12lbs in 7 days. Mostly water but some fat unfortunately. At least I know exactly what to do now and what works for me after one week of bulking.

Well not personal best by ANY means..but strength is coming back moreso. I think I'll get back to where I was within 3-4 weeks.
funny thing is, i am maintaining a great deal of my strength. like in bench, my personal best of 7 is now 5 which aint to ****en bad.
i am pretty much off about 1 or 2 reps overall in most exercises. i think its safe to blame that on purely glycogen.
i am sure youll get yours back real quick. if ya did lose muscle, you got that memory

haha yup..the good thing is that the abs still show in the morning the same as they did when I was cutting. I am trying to stay really clean bulking so when I have to cut I can hopefully get my bf%age around 10 or so. My strength has pretty much shot up every week so far.
