That is just a unfortunate myth. Humans started to hunt animals into exctinction way before we become civilised.
American indians might have hunted alot of spieces to extinction and in europe it also happened.

Humanity has revered mother earth aslong as we are not hungry. But when we go hungry we dont revere anything except our apetite... Ohh well I guess this is just natural selection at its finest. We are just way to good at beeing predators.

They saw the possibility for profit and many tribes stopped their agricultural cultivation and focused entirely on hunting buffalo for money. This is what I was talking about, the destruction of a culture.

So my ancestors didn't make this happen and they definitely didn't force the white christian Americans to purchase them...

most people when thinking of slavery will tend to think of a white man "owning" a black person,this may have happend but slavery wasnt invented by the white man.all ethnicities have used slaves.again the white man gets the blame.all said and done this thread isnt about race issues so i will can it.

Not about the white man, about the white Christian (male?) who is supposed to be morally strong. The white Christian that was supposedly saving cultures and doing great things. There were south americans (especially Brazilians) that owned slaves as well but they aren't trying to pretend like they are so great for freeing slaves they shouldn't have had in the first place. Christianity is such a fallen religion and it has been, basically since its creation. I'm a Christian and I don't even like to call myself one because the religion is so fake and retarded nowadays.

Again, read my posts. I wasn't directing this at the "white man." I was talking about CHRISTIANS, in particular the white Christian that is placed into a good light when they have created more problems that they have solved...

First point, only white christians are the problem, not black christians as well? This is not about religion at all, it is all about race with you. Agnostic here script. Never did make that claim about christians, but you seem to keep going back to the whole "white christian" thing. Perhaps it is time to quit being a victim....... afterall you have never experienced working in the cotton fields my friend nor have I ever experienced owning slaves.

I was more refering to after the iceage. There is new research indicating that alot of spieces that we thought got extinct because of environmental changes acctualy got hunted to exctinction by the growing population of humans. Offcourse its not clear cut or determined what acctualy happened.
But Id say it safe to say that the tribal people where just as bad as everyone else. They just hadnt developed the means yet to do it in the same scale as the europeans.

I honestly cannot answer that question... gay marriage is so new here that I have not found any reliable statistics on gay mariages and divorces. I assume in the long run they should be at par with hetero weddings... but then again after having fought so hard for the right to marriage, I hope they will take their vows more seriously than the majority of hetero couple.

I'm afraid that argument is practically moot... considering most of the millions of kids living with only 1 parent (mostly female, but some male) end up just fine in the long run. I don't see same sex couples being any worse than single parent families.

Single parents still have the heterosexual undertones to pass down to their children (Oedipus, Electra, etc), two gay men raising a heterosexual boy I do believe would spark problems, but who knows.
