    I have abs I have abs doo doo doodo do I have abs... My torso is starting to look much harder... noticeable top abs coming through...Figure I'll have a full 6er in another 2-3 weeks....

    Awesome bro! thanks for asking... just clipped myself the other day... only did it once instead of my normal 3 times... but it came in at 14.2 if I remember correctly.... The only bad thing is I can feel myself starting to over train.... so I think I might make next week a super light week.... as in cut the workout volume down to 4 days instead of 5 that week and 1 compound movement to failure per muscle group and up the cardio slightly to 40 minutes just to compensate for a caloric expenditure see if that help recoup my body.... as I'm having such great progress I dont want to take a whole week off....

    Today I am 268lbs and feeling great.... I will caliper myself again in a week or so.... Also thinking of adding an ECY stack instead of the hydroxycut and going down to one carb up day a week...

    Ok... Update to diet...

    Day Protein Carbs Fat Calories

    Sunday 350 425 80 3820
    Monday 350 125 100 2800
    Tuesday 300 50 100 2300
    Wednesday 350 125 100 2800
    Thursday 350 125 100 2800
    Friday 350 125 100 2800
    Sat 300 50 100 2300

    Also bumping cardio to 35 minutes 5x's a week... and adding winni next monday...still debating the ECY stack...

    Huge improvement.... from what I can see.... I calipered myself and came in at 13.5 a couple of days ago.... I'm definitely between 13.5-14 which means I have about another 11-12 lbs to go with 7 weeks left in my diet.... maybe I'll even go lower then 9% who knows...

    Just added some cardio and I will be starting my winni. Also I will begin doing 45 minutes cardio as per Narkissos suggestion in another thread begining monday.... and I am aquiring an ECY stack to add for the last 6 weeks of dieting... I may extent my cycle/diet an extra 3 weeks I havent decided yet...

    I've never used ECA minus the 'A' component.

    Though research would dictate it would be 'better' to drop it... I think, in the context of its use, the research's dictated effects are inconsequential.

    You're not going to be popping Aspirin tru-out the day are you?

    Thanks guys I'm glad some people are following this on a side note I just took my bodyfat 5 times and came out with an average of 12.6 which means if thats correct on my new diet/cardio I'm loosing close to 1% body fat or 2.68lbs a week...as my last posted body fat of 13.5 was taken the previous sunday....so thats .9% BF in 6 days woah If I keep this pace up for the next 6 weeks I'll be 6.5% BF LOL...and If I add those 3 extra weeks what will I be?!

    Quick update guys carbed up yesterday and weighed in real light this morning @ 264lbs second day on winni feeling so hard someone might have trouble stabbing me and my ECY will be coming in the mail tomarrow... I will be starting on that and I'm up to 45 minutes of cardio...
