no u can do two things cut in half and scrap out the seeds and add them into something. and throw the pods into your powder OR just leave whole and put 2-3 pods into about 2kgs of powder.

If I recall correctly, Slimmerme got the original recipe from Damienm05 - but I could be thinking of something else. I've tried it that way and consider it the 'basic' recipe. i.e. the foundation on which to build awesomeness with that dish. Obviously, I prefer my current version lol.

I'll check it out soon. There's another post in there that i'm procrastinating with answering... not because I don't want to, but it's a bit involved and I don't want to breeze over it.

405 eats like a champ and it all tastes good, its to share his mighty secrets with us mortals

I finally had enough of eating shitty low quality/bad tasting BB food (its depressing and not sustainable) and 405 said there was as better way, so I'm here to learn it, hope it helps others too

good job on ur 35lbs man! keep it going!

im not a fan of the "snack". while bulkiing and cutting i eat meals. 6 while cutting and 5 while bulking. 0 "snacks" everything i eat is preplanned and when im cutting there is no room for a snack.

140g blueberries in 1 recipe of pancakes

GET A FREAKING SCALE MAN!!!!! WHATS WRONG WITH U DUDE??? J/K.. GET ONE THOUGH..

bodacious the pancakes i eat when cutting (minus the blueberries- u prob could eat them but im very anal when i cut .. ) the pasta i do not eat - well i suppose i do but i carb cycle so its difft than a std low carb/ caloric deficit.. i would not eat pasta on a regular diet. although part of this bulk is to learn how difft carb sources affect me and thus far have not gained a bunch of fat even though im eatn a good bit of pasta and doing no cardio.

You will like this one ;-)

Canned tuna can get abit bland and unpleasant to eat, I've come up with this recipe that will get you enjoying eating canned tuna.

    Ingredients-

    1 can of tuna
    1 egg
    1 pinch of paprika
    1 pinch of garlic powder

Add the canned tuna drained to a mixing bowl, to this add a handful of frozen sweetcorn,a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of paprika, then add one egg white to bind the mixture together. Add the mixture to a pre heated frying pan, separate into two burger size portions, cook on either side ontil cook solid all the way through.

    Enjoy :-)

You can add whatever spice you like to this recipe, it's a really good way of jazzling your bland tuna up. I find garlic and lemon works well Also.

another thing i used to do with my broccoli is stir fry it in a big pot with a little water and a generous amt of soy sauce. let it cook down a bit until the broccoli loses some of its firmness. goes well in a tupperware container with chicken breast. the broccoli adds a bit of moisture to the bites of chicken if u eat it together..

Sorry but i had to jump in, might be a little later but i am working my way through this thread LOL. I buy 40lbs of chicken breast at a time, boneless and skinless just a little fat trimming i do and thats it. I season mine with different seasonings and herbs and they tastes fantastic when i grill them, not to mention i cook them for 3 days and i eat it cold since i work in a pickup truck all day. Go to your supermarket and look for chicken seasonings and online look for BRINE recipes which gives the chicken lots of flavor and juiciness without any calories. Later when i get home i can give you names of seasonings i use and brine recipes as well.

Ground oats (just enough to bind it together)

Mix it all together put it in the fridge 30-60 mins
Wet hands and make 5 equal burgers/patties and grill until cooked

    Tasty snacks!!!!

    Italian style cottage pie

    500g ground beef
    Oregano
    3 sweet pots
    100g quark
    Sugar free tomato ketchup

Fry off the beef in its own fat
Once cooked drain it then add herbs and ketchup to taste and season with salt and pepper you could add fresh toms here cook on low for about 20-30 mins
Peel and boil sweet pots until soft drain and put back in the pan mash and add quark stir together
Now get an oven proof dish and put the beef mixture on the bottom level it out and then spread out the potato mixture on top covering the beef
Bake on medium for 30-45 mins then put it under a grill to crisp up the top and serve with fresh green salad or veggies
Am i the only one who eats a beef patty with just salt and think it tastes delicious??? Thats all i need in my burger by the way!!!

Cinnamon is amazing on them. I eat 2-3 sweet pots a day. Here's what I do: microwave for 5min take off skin (put aside cause still gonna eat it) scrape out the inside and mash it. Add cinnamon and walden farms pancake syrup. Omg heaven!
