I am lost on what I gained. I originally started at 184, got to 244. Dropped to 196, I was just as lean at 196 as I was at 184 if not leaner. Now, I got to 220'ish and seem to be fatter for sure. I will be using the Tren next on a cut cycle. Straight up my goal is to be anything over 210 and under 13% bf. That would be great, sounds fairly realistic also.
Kind of rather have size over strength though. From what I am seeing, the biggest guys don't lift that heavy. Just perfect form medium rep at a low weight. I try to incorporate both. Even when I hit the 110's yesterday I still did 90's 10x.
Don't get me wrong seeing the strength isn't bad at all. Pretty impressive to myself at least. Just makes me laugh when my max bench was 165 about 6-7 years ago.
We'll see how the Tren works. So many people swear by it. No one I talked to said it was mild in any way.
