I love the 5x5 training method! Glad it's working for you! Many claim it doesn't work, but I think they don't understand and are going about the method wrong! Was the only workout I lost 13 pounds of fat from, so it DOES work :-)

just got back from gym, legs sore...
squats 120 kg 5/5/4/4
deads 150 kg 4/3/2 (need to lower weight next time)
seated calf raises 90 kg 5/5/5/5
busy day tomorrow, might not have time for gym..
so.. finally got to the gym lol..
did upper body power day:
bench 85 kg 5/4/4/3
bent over rows (instead of supported t-bar) 70 kg 5/5/5/5
over head bb shoulder press 45 kg 5/5/5/5
busy weekend (working n shit) so will probably miss the 2 hypertrophy workouts this week, start next week...
