No, in Thailand there is everything you could possibly imagine. Restaurants too. lol yes they have everything. You will fill Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC, Italian restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe and many many more.

Now if you want to eat/live inexpensively you will eat at one of the many small Thai corner restaunts that has 2 or 3 tables only and for 4 full meals with 4 cold drinks/pop it cost me less than $5 us, maybe $6 with tip. To have your laundry done it cost me I think $4 to have a full weeks of clothes I took in a bag and picked up folded and pressed, even underwear and socks.

You never pay for sex.... You pay them to leave the next day with taxi fare after they have cleaned your room and you have gotten a manicure. If you have a kitchen you will probably get breakfast out of the deal also.
