I have bloodwork this week. I will see where things are at. I may consider that if I'm still having E2 issues.

there was some sincerity in there buddy geez.

so should i take it u are doing IM right now on test injects?? i have been on TRT for 2 years now and the only time i do IM is if i want my E2 to climb because itll get kinda low.. my baseline pre TRT E2 was 24.. on sub q itll creep into the teens, so ill hit maybe every 3rd of 4th inject with IM to keep it up a bit. mainly cuz my shoulders will start to bother me, but that may not even be related to the E2 being lowish..

ive definitely gotten a feel for my TRT protocol now though. if i want to stay within normal range i just run sub q .3mL (60mg) twice per week and total stays around 950 and free at 25-28..

.4mL (80mg) twice per week will put me into the 1200-1500 range for total and 40-50 range for free.

Nice levels. I have been working with a PA that thinks she knows more than she does so I have been sticking with her prescribed protocol, doing bw then trying to educate her how to adjust properly.

Started with 200mg 1X E2W (yeah I know). I explained to her the benefit of splitting the pins but used bw to prove my case. Test levels were in the 500's but estradiol was over 200 (nice huh)? After much arguing and her consults with 2 endo's, I finally got her to rx Adex. Now I'm splitting the pins and using the AI and have bw again this week. I'm hoping to show a need for a slight increase in test to get me at least in the 800's.

I will def. take the sub q suggestion under advisement as I move forward with getting it all dialed in.

sub q has been a game changer for me man. it took me from out of control to completely into control.. literally.

that E2 can be a tuffy otherwise.

    Day #3

    8:00 a.m. 6 egg whites

1:00 p.m. approx. 4 oz. deep fried chicken gizzards
3 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of roast beef, 2 pieces of turkey, 2 pieces of ham Small squares from a meat and cheese tray

    9:00 p.m. 1 bag low fat popcorn

OK. Not the best day today but I'm sure it was still very low cals overall. I was assisting with a Toys for Tots program all day and the snack food was all that was available. I'm honestly happy I exercised as much constraint as I did. It could have been FAR worse.

    weight today.....249. Down 3 lbs

    Day 4 done!

5:00 a.m. 4 oz baked tilapia, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup steamed broccoli.

    11:30 p.m. 1 protein bar

After indulging in the gizzards and the meat/cheese tray I decided to fast most of the day and create a large deficit.

So far I feel pretty decent. I'm on the road today and my mind is trying to convince me to cheat pretty bad. I'm a little low on energy obviously but not to bad.

I really feel less bloated although I'm still at 249 as of this a.m.

should we start making bets?! haha JK Lunk. I'd spread my meals through out the day just to keep something in your stomach at all time if possible to avoid stomach cramps and possible ulcers! another thing to point out, eating so little may cause constipation, have you considered taking Metamucil to help with that? it might help satisfy your hunger as well.

I did not know about this. Do an empty stomach create ulcers even if one drink large amounts of water?

    Thanks

water will help but how much can you drink? water goes right through you, where food stays for few hours.

gastric ulcers can from either with too much gastric acid, or with decreased gastric protective lining.

water can help by diluting the acid a little.

but as your body gets used to the fasting, your stomach naturally produce less acid than before.

I think pretty well (my opinion).

    Day 6 done!

I used my cheat yesterday. Had 2 slices of pizza, some mac and cheese and cpl grilled cheese. definitely heavy on the carbs lol.

I have definitely felt less bloated and am down 3 lbs in 6 days. It's been easier to stay under 1000 cals than I expected. I have been under 800 even several times without any real issues.

Constipation may have started. I will be drinking some fiber and adding a probiotic along with my supplements.

Yes, definitely add a fiber supplement - of utmost importance. Probiotic is never a bad idea, I use them daily.
