Since i left all supplements (not tthat i took many, just whey and Bcaa or glutamine) and started eating cleaner and adding some cardio i'm growing like weeeed. I just tried last summers polos and my arms feel like y was wearing a belts strangulating them LOL.

they cant physically lock someone up here

they have to call the cops to do it
