and "whole wheat" bread doesn't really mean shit, just that it's brown. If you want the least harmful bread you need "whore GRAIN". Not "multigrain" cause that doesn't really mean anything either.
Not saying your diets suck, but they probably like the results cause they've probably been eating SHITTY all their lives, so when they start eating healthy foods they notice dramatic results.
