Now I can't get ahead of myself but at the same time gotta be confident and realistic. I have been to the competitions locally and I wouldn't have set my goal at getting my national card first year out if I didn't think I was able to do it. Just gotta make sure I have someone that is really smart on comp prep so we can get my ass in tip top condition

Yeah the contest prep seems like the hardest part to me. Even the pros have trouble with it sometimes. Just look at Wolf at the O.

Yeah the word was Chad had him do a Keto diet for the Olympia. Some people that aren't carb sensitive will go super flat without them.. I'm one of them. people that are really carb sensitive like Evan Centopani, Toney Freeman do extremely well on Ketos. Its a person by person basis. Seems like people that are fatter naturally do well on keto
