oh, museums are great. well, CAN be great.

that's a big reason i'm happy i left Chicago. traffic is crazy. life is too short to waste half of it sitting in traffic, right?

i love the museums in chicago.

Yeah. Best thing is I'm only hour and a half from Chicago should i want to go, but dont have to deal with the hassles of living there.

South Bend is a nice quaint middle-sized town that has all what a person needs. Has its problems, like the economy is sucking what little life is left out of it. Crime is increasing, cops getting shot. Overall though a really nice place to live if you find work.

the museums in chicago are GREAT. Many of them are fairly close to one another too. I hear the prices to get into them have sky rocketed unfortunately.

interestingly, i've come to know a couple of ND philosphy professors, being as they Jews in my community. One teaches philosophy of mathematics, and another taught philosophy of political science, but he just left last year. Another guy i know is professor of music.

nope, despite the fact that the profs I know are relatively super religious, they not in the theology department.

I live in a condo (housing market is pretty ridiculous in DC). And they dont' turn the damn a.c. on till like june...it's so frustrating. They just have a set date they turn it on...and that's it...even if the weather changes and it's 80 out...
