At least a pound or two of that is because of you teaching me how to actually bench right couch...

I will play with it a few more months and see where I am.

I don't think these are placements correct?

Its a hard toss up between obs and Rnsplg.

I appreciate it man but rns stomped me. Him cutting that fat off his back put mine to shame and I was most proud of my back. Still feel like a winner just because I got where I am even though it wasn't quite enough to win.

I wish you had been on cycle and I wish yb had got good tren. You guys both did great.

Thank you for the kind words, you did great though.

I wish there were a little more competitors for more diversity and more break your balls type competition with every type from every starting point. Also more mandatory poses. Need hands down poses for those who have the frame for that and side poses.

I think this is really good entertainment. Then the thread should be kept at that subforum so that you can easily find all previous competitions archived. It is really good for pushing yourself too and getting the most out of the cycle.

Thats why I have done two comps now. The drive is unreal. The days I would normally not workout I do during comp. I choke down meals I wouldn't normally eat and pay more attention to what I eat.

Hope others do this. It is a great way to achieve goals.

I'm the opposite, I hate being under public eye. I do better trapped in my own little bubble shut away from th world.

I'm maybe shallow in respects, that when I see others out doing me, or passing me up. It mentally crushes my motivation.

I like to "compete" with my self only. Though this was fun, I was WAY outside my comfort zone.

I don't respond well to being flustered (as you all saw in the earlier weeks)

    Im just being honest.

On a side note, good work Rnsplg, you kicked ass. Sorry for the earlier insanity between us.

Now, in everyone's opinion,am I safe to cycle now? Or should I drop 5 or so pounds?

This is what the scale just told me. Shoes and boxers on and a full meal in belly

Being so fat most of my life, I don't "hold" any body fat well. My skin just says with it. Regular people the skinnholds it tight to body and don't look that bad, not me.

Couch, I quit smoking first of June, I really think cycling helped. I am 45, and I smoked, dipped or both since I was 14. This is the first time I tried to quit and didn't have killer cravens, I really think it's because I was cycling. I had reflux so bad I went to the emergency room last year thinking I was having a heart attack. Turns out it was my esophagus spasm. I was taking nexium ed, Zantac twice a day and eating tums like candy. Two weeks after I quit the reflux went away, and I now only take a Zantac for occasional heartburn, probably from the tren.

I quit last December, all the way till July, started smoking at end of July.

I then quit for 3 weeks in September. And came back full swing in October.

I'm quoting on my birthday, November 13.

I didn't realise how much extra money I had when I stopped (2 packs a day 12$ daily)

We do and we also have a job and a life outside the forum. There was a lot of thought and time put into our decision, too bad it isn't appreciated.
Cape has the rankings and will announce the placement when he logs in.

I hope we get to know why it was a tough decision then. All I know is it was clearly stated that the one who improved the most in regards to muscle gain and/or fat loss ranks higher. I could see place 1,2,3,4 within a moment. I think there was talk of getting penalized if you don't contribute to the thread, but no additional points if you contribute a lot. Just saying if you pull up some made up criteria and the placings aren't in line with what's clearly visible, it would suck really bad, I'd boycott any future competition.

No there was quite a bit of conversation in making our decision and Cape has been forwarded all of the conversations and the rankings.
Our decision was based on most improved, which is the criteria. Please be patient and the results will be posted soon.
What you do regarding future competitions is entirely up to you.

You should all just individually pick 1st 2nd and 3rd and then see how your picks match up.

If 2 pick the same for each place its unanimous

I don't get why it takes much time either and as couch said you could do a unanimous decision for each placing. The criteria were clearly established in the thread where Cape was asking people to join up. Most improved as in muscle gain and fat loss, from start to finish.

Yeah a meeting of the minds is like a jury deliberation, its kind of the wrong way to pick winners and runners up. Some ones honest opinion of first place can be bullied or pursueded to go another way.

I say you all individually pick your 1st 2nd and 3rd and then see what that looks like across your cards

I’m honored to be a judge.

Thank you to the competitors for your patience. I see the commitment in your transformations so you did not make this easy!
