I am still around, just been super busy.
Good short squat workout on Tuesday, bench workout on Wednesday, running intervals on Thursday, and some Friday bed room fun with The Wife that my fitbit says qualifies as "moderate / intense activity" and got me 45 zone minutes... Gentlemen, and I guess ladies, too, this is how we help sell "intimate actvities, in bed" with the SO. It is not only feels good, is good for the relationship, but is cardio and heart protective!
