Danged if I didn't get called in to work early tonight...messed up my lift again.
Due to my intermittent lifts, I believe I'm going to put my higher carb day @ 1/ week instead of every 3-4 days and see how my energy levels are and hopefully get the weight slowly decreasing again.
On a positive note, my legs are sooooo f-in sore from yesterday's lift.
