    I can't speak on the rib cage but from the inside of the arm from the elbow to the arm pit is a tender type of pain. It's just not as tough as the outside. I really had to go to a deeper different place for the 3.5 hours. No music just the hum of the gun. Hypnotic. And I've still got a couple of hours left. First time I haven't just kept going every 2 weeks.

    Once it gets swollen shit feels like they are ripping your skin open. Hurts just as bad every time I don't care who calls me a *****.

    Your right my rib cage hurt especially right at the top end, nearly passed out with that one!

    I use them. They are well balanced and easy to use. Great space and cost saver.
    They work very well if you are the only user and respect your equipment. I doubt they would hold up well in a large gym with numerous users. I have had my set for 8-9 years.

    I also have some vaginal tissue where my trap connects to my shoulder. that one totally surprised me. everything else in that area is no problem, but there is something special near the trap. feels like that spot is connected to something very deep.

    Yep.... Mine ends at that spot..... Atleast until its completed. That bone right there sucks..... I didnt have much up there so it Wasnt too bad but it was enough to let me know

    Did chest today it was due i've never hit it in about a wk 1/2. Felt like a right t*t aswell as you know every one els was doing chest it is monday lol anyway.

    Flat smith 1 working DD

    Smith decline 1working DD

    Incline db press 1 working + RP

    Incline db flys 1 working + RP

    Cable flys 1 working TD

    Chest was full fvcked and Done great session guys.

    Danged if I didn't get called in to work early tonight...messed up my lift again. Due to my intermittent lifts, I believe I'm going to put my higher carb day @ 1/ week instead of every 3-4 days and see how my energy levels are and hopefully get the weight slowly decreasing again.
    On a positive note, my legs are sooooo f-in sore from yesterday's lift.

    Absolutely tortured my legs and glutes into submission tonight.

    Warmed my knees up on the bike for 5 minutes and slipped on the knee sleeves.

    Barbell Hip Thrusts - 1 warm-up, 2 feel, 2 working (10, 6) PR on weight

    Back Squats - 2 feel, 1 working + drop

    Leg Press - 3 feel, 2 working (10, 5) machine maxed out (PR on reps)

    Leg Extention - 1 working + double drop PR

    Leg Curls - 1 working + double drop

    Was feeling extra motivated tonight, started to head up stairs to do 10-20 mins of cardio...Hahahaha my legs said otherwise

    Just told my back to go fvck himself! With some newly added stress to my life I just ripped the shit out of my back in about 35 min.

    Seated cable rows: 3 warm ups, 1 feel, 2 working w double drops

    Hammer strength row: 1 feel, 1 working w RP

    T bar rows: 1 feel, 1 straight set to 8, 1 working to 4 + partials, RP 3 full reps + partials, drop 3 more reps and a couple partials

    Wide grip pull downs: 1 feel, 1 working w double drop and as many partials as I could muster before each drop

    Close grip pull downs: 2 working w double drop and partials

    Machine hyper extensions: 2 straight sets of increasing weight, 1 working with RP. Maxed out the machine for the working set so I guess it's time to move back to deads on back day.

    Ran through it like a mad man powered through the positives and held the negatives as slow as I possibly could. It was a blitzkrieg back session, and it felt so good!

    Chest tonight was on my own. Was a seriously intense heavy session.

    Started with two warm ups and a quick feeler set.

    Started with decline heavy set hiit reps and DD

    Incline same as above

    Flat was a struggle but hammered on same as above.

    Yates style flies

    Then cardio and crunchs was immense, sweat piuring off me

    I got back on test bc I stayed off 8 weeks bc it was killing me. Ive been on test 4 weeks now cruising I dont consider it a cycle really but if u wanna call t i guess you can. That was mainly pointed at my chest. Nothing . I do makes it grow

    Try the flyes before the presses sometime. Marcus turned me onto doing that and it absolutely humiliated the weights for my pressing movements.


    ...and that's a really good time on your lift!

    Ok guys whats your thoughts on this. The other day when doing chest i was getting pain from my elbow clicking and some pain around it this comes and goes it has done for a few years now no pain after the gym.

    I had a rest day yesterday but about tea time i started to get pain on the muscle about 2" down from the elbow very sore so i put some heat on it last night. Then when i got up today it was away but my tri is very sore can't really bend my arm whats that all about any thoughts guys ?.

    Sounds like some tendinitis starting. I have the same issue sometimes. Dr told me not much could be done outside of stopping the action causing the pain, and I'm not gonna stop lifting so I'm stuck with it. She did say there are some stretches you can find online that help some, but I haven't searched for em just yet.

    DocD posted up some info recently on "flossing your elbow". Try searching YouTube for "voodoo floss"; it should pop up fairly quickly. Basically, it's using compression material, wrapping the arm tightly, and putting it through R.O.M. with a little stretching. I tried it using the wife's Therabands and it helped so I ordered the correct material and have been using it for several weeks. It has given me a good bit of relief.
    Anyway, might want to Google it and check it out. Maybe give it a go and if it works for you, thank DocD. He posted the info recently.

    I believe some guys have even used pieces of old inner tube material from a bicycle tire.

    Great suggestion & I want to try this. Still getting use to this type of training so I'll wait a bit, but soon !

    I was actually thinking about this yesterday...I'm currently reading through this whole thread (page 97 currently) & Marcus mentions pre-exhausting a lot. Sounds pretty effective & I wouldn't need to lug as heavy of a dumbell back & forth in between drops...or atleast until get stronger !
