    just got back from the ER.. they think i ruptured a disk and i have to see a spine doc tomorrow.. i'm numb in my toes.

    ya. i think i'm done with them... i know i'll be scared to death to do dead from now on as well. they gave me two shots of stuff - the pain is dulled but i feel nausious as hell. i'm drinking a soda though! haven't had one in a while.. its guuud.

    thx rana... i'll let everyone know what comes of it.. it is the most helpless frustrating thing in the world. i actually just woke up from a short nap. they gave me a couple shots in the ER for the pain... knocked my ass out!

    Nothing, since my kids football seasons is over I am putting them back into Judo and piano lessons. Plus we are getting ready for snowboarding, except we need more snow.
