Looks like some unscheduled rest days for me. Tweaked something in my neck on Sunday, and have woke up in excruciating pain the last 2 days. It's loosens up quick and feels good most of the day, but starts getting tight again in the afternoon.
First chest/ arm day at the new gym. Frustrating trying to get equipment. Promotes flexibility, I.e. Did incline instead of flat bench first.
Still in and out in just under an hour. Went to wash up before leaving, had a hell of a pump going. Picked my water bottle up off the counter and had a crazy vein popping out of my biceps. Felt awesome
(That's only special since I'm 6'1 185 and 15%. Never been vascular so I'm kinda excited)
Anyways since I neglected to share,
inclines 2 warm up one rest pause 2 drops
Same on flat
3 straight sets of flies
3 straights tri push downs
Single drop set skull crushers
And 2 working sets of preacher curls with 1 drop
Recently, pushed my higher carb days out to 1/ week, but the weight is starting to move a little too fast. I generally only have shakes (whey) on lifting days (pre and post lift), but believe I'm going to add a casein shake in a few days/week. Probably just keep it bedside and drink it when I get up to tap a kidney/ go for a "slash".

I don't recall your weight, GJD, but if you could post it and maybe break your macros down for each meal into pro/carb/fat and post the total macros for the day, it would help.
On a side note, when I was laying out my diet, I made up a weeks worth of meals to start with and rotated through them....and of course I had to adjust as my weight started moving in the right or wrong direction, but it made it easier having an outline of my food intake.
Also, Jimmy has a "What are you eating now?" thread going in the nutrition forum, some of the guys/ladies are pretty fancy cooks...a.couple are chefs....but there's some good meal suggestions in there.
I'm slowly trying to cut fat myself, but I think the main thing it boils down to is something Marcus posted. This isn't an exact quote, but basically it's all about calories in, calories expended, and adjusting until you find your sweet spot. Ride that meal.plan until changes stop, and then adjust again. In your case, find your maintenance calories, add in 500 or so, see how you react. If you don't grow, add in some more.
If it would help, I could PM you some.of my meals, but you may need to adjust the amounts somewhat. I was over 300# when Marcus and the guys started helping me/motivating me. My goal is to be 250-ish by years end and then I hope I can really focus on adding more muscle.

Im stuck in a rut it seems. I need more size. My lower back is killing me tho. I've let it go to long and getting back into dead lifts is hard. Thats part of my problem is inconsistency. Nother thing my grip is shit bc I have worn straps all year. Cant hold nothing. Tossing them for now. Its a battle.
Ive got 2 vials of tren ace 100 also. I just dont know whether or not to touch it yet. Debating on just increasing test ive been on 500 now for 6 weeks so I need to hurry up and decide what to do either just run test or throw in the tren. Im also cycling drol 50mg a day and 50 mcg of t3 eow. T3 probably needs to be run straight but im new to it just swing how I react to it. Just thought id throw that out therr.

Holy crap!!! Doc gave me a muscle relaxer script for this pulled muscle in my neck. Must be something new because she gave me a coupon that said I would only have a 5 dollar co pay. So I get the cvs and give them the script and the coupon and it was gonna be 600 bucks just for my part. If you are 4 weeks in the cyp should be hitting you soon. If I had access to bw id pull it but if not id up the ai. Im not an expert so I cant tell you exactly when you should pull bw after a pin but your levels should be leveling out so to speak next week

Thats was it i know it's not much but fvck it was good. pd were all slow & the neg was slow same with the wide grip row really feeling the muscles work.
Deads i just did them below the knee as i always do since learning that here. These were done slow as well i just did them till ma back could not pull another one then stoped for about 20-30 sec them repeated this 4x.
My back is torn to hell. Today is rough getting around. I feel like ive put on bf which sucks but could just be bloated a little

And the generic non extended release version ran me a total of .89 for a one month supply. I can't imagine that the extended release version is good enough to warrant a 600 dollar co-pay after an 800 coupon, and a little over 300 in insurance payment.
What I'm really excited to find out about is the doc told me I would get a call from a local compounding pharmacy and if my insurance covers well enough I'll have a script for a topical cream that provides a local anesthetic and pain killer plus muscle relaxer. I like this because then I can keep the treatment local to the site that needs it rather than affecting my entire body with a pill.
Had a rushed leg sesh today, it was highly effective.
Legs are obliterated!
To top it off - as I finished up a very attractive young lady asked for my advice and help on hip thrusts, winning!
