BoomI'll throwing up a few progress oics there in the next few weeks the changes are crazy i think. Imo its all fat ive lost
Sooooo....Marcus and everyone.....throw a little input my way please.
My work schedule is supposed to drop back to 50-55 hrs./week towards the end of the month. I plan to go to the lady my Dr. recommended for some deep tissue work then.
Until I have time to get to an appointment, I was thinking about throwing in some relatively light good mornings in addition to the few sets of crunches on back day just to see if I can keep things from getting too tight.
So....good idea?????terrible idea????....test drive it and see how it goes?
I'd really like to get the issue straightened out before I start throwing in hyperextensions...(the wife saw me looking @ roman chairs/hyper benches and has it set in her head that she wants to buy one for me).
Thanks, everyone. You guys rock!!![]()

Nice work!
Yesterday I forced myself to have a rest day, still got my cardio in.
This morning had my blood work drawn, so I should know where I sit with this Cyp in a few days.
Weighed in at 185# and really defined abs esp when I flex, Ive never been this heavy with abs - pretty stoked.
Today is Back and Bi's, can't wait to go set some new PR's!
Have a great Thursday everyone!
Good to see everyone making gains in here
I'd like to get everyones opinions On a workout split.
I've been working a 3 day split, but time isn't working with me.
I can lift any time Saturday. It's a typical lift day for me anyways.
Since I have all day, would it be detrimental to have two separate sessions? One early and one late, one upper the other lower?
Just trying to figure out how to get it all in

Sorry guys for not posting much but I am so busy and stressed at the moment with things ive got to concentrate on and also a personal project I am trying to sort out. Thank you for everyone who posts and please carry on asking for advice, posting your workouts and also your progress because I do read daily and it makes me smile when you guys are transforming yourself into monsters.
I am still training but not as much, but trust me when I go in I kill myself.
will update when I can but my head and stress levels are sky high but hopefully I will be better in a couple of weeks or even sooner.
Keep pushing that fuking weight and increasing the intensity and when your at your limit and at total failure just think of me behind you screaming at you to do another rep because you can!!!!
^^^ thats motivating right there![]()
During the week is very limited for me..
Ok did tri's today
Push downs 1 working DD. Straight bar
Tri ex 1 working DD. v bar
Behind head tri ex 1 working DD. rope
I know a lot off cable but it was good tris were full and burning. A never had much to eat today before i trained just breakfast. I never got to the gym to about 2 ish i was really busy.
I've useually got about 3 good meals in by this time so today i really felt it guys just never had that go. I hate going to the gym on empty it just does not work for me i need food lol.
Just been speaking to a friendand i just would like to say guys.
Be consistent with your diet, training and the whole bodybuilding lifestyle = results come from being consistent over long periods of time not just one cycle. One of the most important times for me when i was not on TRT was pct and maintaining gains while i made a full recovery. Be consistent in your approach and you will see remarkable result, this is were many fail and only go balls to the wall while on cycle. This isn't a cycle its a lifestyle so use every single tool you can to create that walking monster.
Be consistent
Week 6 of 5x5 strength ,
Squats 125kg
Half clean and press 60kg
Deadlifts 125kg
Pb of deadlifts was 180kg before injury so im training my lower back to be strong again. Back pump has resided for now :-)
Nice and steady weight increases. :-)
Understand the kid thing. You can combine but twice per day is not easy unless it's a large body part early and a small one late, etc. Consider a three day routine and if you have to miss a day you just pick up where you left off on your next available day. No need for certain body parts on certain days only.
Well what can I say new personal best for me on seated military presses. Not only did I press the most weight ever, hell I repped it!! This tren is something else. Would be ideal for a single man, not really great for struggling marriages. In fact, my wife has already threatened to leave.
But at least I got a pb out of it today. Hopefully i didnt go to hard and injure my shoulders they haven't seen that kind of abuse in awhile.
Im increasing my weight and lowering the reps a tad. Great session today.

I wish my body would hold up to a small tren cycle, but I think it would be unwise for me. ???
Hope everything @ home gets right, Cuz! The accomplishments from hard work are more satisfying when you have someone to share them with......I know it sounds cheesy, but I swear it's true.

Cuz thought u were dropping the tren? Sides get better?
Also just out of curiosity. ..did shoulder also tonight and switched it up, usually do seated db press. This time used bb.
I feel I am pretty strong with db. ..hitting 90's no spot for 5. But on BB I feel weak. Barely getting 185 for 3 maybe 4. Not sure if it's nerves about pushing further without a spot or what.
R u pretty comparable with db to bb on same movement?
I can do alot more on bb. The 100's are heavy for me. Guys smaller than me i see rep the 100's. Im prone to injury with db. I cam do more weight in every exercise with the bb
I believe it adds more mass to
Tren is at 200 mg a week. Sides r tolerable. I had a prolactin issue but it has lessened quite a bit.
Yes sir.....with tren, less is definitely more, IMO. I seriously doubt I'll ever mess with it again, but IF I did, it would be tren base and only for a few weeks. I had waaay less prolonged sides vs. acetate, enanthate, or hexahydrobenzylcarbonate.....but that's just been my past experience.

Crunches-2 sets
WG pulldown w/ stirrup handle-2 w/u, Work-4.5-1.5-1.5-.5. Nice long stretch on these. Got a good burn from roughly rear delts to top of ribcage.
CG pulldown w/ bent handle-1 w/u, Work 3.5-1.5-1-.5. Really slow negative on the last ones.
Straightjacket stretches
Tbar rows-1 w/u, Work-4.5-drop-3-2.5
Low pulley rows-1 w/u, Work-3.5-1.5-drop-2-1-.5 Another good burn with these...burn on each side of spine from traps to lower back.
Rack stretches
Deads-2 w/u and I called it a night. I really focused on getting rid of the twisting motion I'm having trouble with and staying tight in glutes and lower back.
Toe touches
Total time was 56 minutes including crunches and stretching. Only had a twinge of pain in lower back one time, and it was very minor.

I've never had ma eye balls shaking just some grunting
Aye try not get too stressed big man
That's hard work mate, all you can do it make it count when you can get in the gym, if its 3 days per week just go balls to the wall but doing two major bodypart in one day wont be beneficial in my eyes, but a major and a minor would be cool. Just work around your schedule and make it count when you train.
I'm trying not to but what I had to deal with is hard work sometimes and things get intense at certain times. But I'm cool and rattle those weights when I get chance.
You Scots are hard fuking bastards, I am sure you will get the eye ball shake soon enough. Or then again it may just be me -I'm not wired up right
who loves being big and muscular?
who like it when guys look at you when your out and about?
who like the pump and the feeling of a great workout?
who adores lifting weights
and most of all who loves the feeling being on cycle and having the sensation of being 10 men?
I DO
All of the above for me although another cycle is a little piece down the road yet. Still got BF to drop and get leveled out w/my TRT. But after that....well, I look forward to it. I remember those days of feeling invincible and on top of the world. Being "on" increased my overall intensity immensely. Although I'm generally very aware of my surroundings and what is going on around me, on cycle it was just......different. I wasn't "in the zone", I MADE the zone; if you know what I mean.?????
Side note, just got a new DVD set with a lot of the old IFSA contests. More inspirational materials for pre-lift use.![]()
