    sorry nope, insulin spike isn't significant enough to make much of a difference. Ideal IMO is wash it down with a protein shake.

    It's been a couple years since I bothered with the stuff. I googled it and now the powers that be have decided dextrose is the way to go? Whatever. I researched the hell out of it back then. It just made me want to hit the bathroom anyway, grape juice or not, so I don't use it.

    this is how I did it
    buy a big ass jug from GNC...use half
    take back to the store for refund
    go buy another one...repeat

    course that was when the shit was mad expensive and people though it worked as good as steroids.
