    Well if ur just running it for safety reasons then id hope ur running it low like .25mg eod. If gyno pops up, id still take the l-dex at .25mg eod but add nolva at 20mg ed and i bet 7 days of that and all ur symptoms will be gone! Then stay on the l-dex at .5mg eod rest of cycle to be safe. But yeah, running it for the hell of it, just run it low. Bloat is ur friend, bloat is ur friend!

    Quick Update

    Have a couple workouts to still post up, will try to do so after work tonight. Didnt workout on the holiday yesterday so did mondays workout today, awesome workout by the way! Strength is still up on all lifts, seriously looked like a juiced up freak in the gym today i was so damn swole and veiny, pretty intense! All my friends at the gym are like, yeah ur on some shit. Its wayyyy too obvious at this point. I just say its the cellmass, haha!

    All gyno symtpoms are gone and have been gone for sometime now. With that said, ive been on .75mg of l-dex eod and .75mg prami ed. Libido is about average, nothing special there. Proviron, not really noticing much from it, personally im not impressed with it. I know some might sayn, oh maybe its working but u dont feel it working. Im sorry but if im paying good money for something, i better feel and see it working! Since i still have a grip of it, im just gonna bump up the proviron to 100mg ed starting next week. Been on 75mg ed for awhile now and not noticing any difference from 50mg ed that i started with. This is legit schering proviron too still in the blisters. Seems overrated to me. Not worth the price if i gotta run it 100mg or higher ed to see whatever results im suppose to see from it. Oh well, u live and learn to see what works for u, seems proviron doesnt work for me.
    Deca, ahhh deca. I can see the "Deca Difference" haha. Joints are fully lubed, strength is still climbing, great vascularity, no sides from it! Acne is also no-existent right now, no more pimples at all anywhere! Glad i did that course of accutane, really paid off! Gonna get some more though soon since i know regardless im going to breakout towards the end of my cycle and for sure during pct, happens everytime! Currently my cycle is looking like this:
    Test500 at 500mg week
    Deca at 450mg week
    proviron at 75mg week
    dbol at 40mg ed
    anadrol at 50mg ed
    hcg at 500iu week
    l-dex at .75mg eod
    prami at .75mg ed
    Not bad huh? Synergy, yes! I am noticing a difference since i added the 50mg of anadrol to the mix, love it! Getting zero drol sides like i did when i ran it solo, noticing more strength since i added it, some more size (water i know), more pumped and solid feeling! Glad i added it to see the effects. I think for now on when i run dbol ill always run anadrol along side it, this stack is a keeper for me!

    ya bro thanx for the advise....ive been taking .25 eod. i dont know why just paranoia i guess. no symptom besides bloat......just precationary....ill try to remember bloat is good.....

    I don't ever remember deca causing shortness of breath. You're right about the tren though.
    But deca might be affecting your memory cause you keep leaving that log book at home. hahaha.....Just leave it at home bro. You can remember your workout till you get home. Can't you?

    Idk, maybe the fatigue is just cus i havent done a stitch of cardio yet while on cycle, not good i know! Do as i say, not as i do, lol! Just been eating as much as i can, doin no cardio, tryin to get as swole as possible while on the orals and this first half of the cycle! As soon as i stop the orals im going to run liver supps and start up the cardio with the same bulking style diet. Still, my waistline hasnt moved at all, might even gotten a tad smaller then anything. SUrprising huh? Thats why i dont stress it so much cus i know i can burn fat when thats my goal, its gaining size is where my weakness is.

    Quick Update

    Havent updated anything lately since this week has been pretty crazy for me. Only trained maybe one day this week and had to take the rest off. Ill update the logs tonight after work for the past few workouts. Planning on starting up again tomorrow and starting cardio this week. Also plan on dropping the orals, today being my last day so 7 weeks total!

    I remember this workout went well but was pressed for time and didn't do back thickness this day.

    Chest: Decline Hammer Strength
    2 warm up sets
    390x12, 390x2, 390x2 (up 20lbs and 1 rep!)

    Shoulders: Smith Press Behind Neck
    2 warm up sets
    205x7, 205x3, 205x3 (up 20lbs and 1 rep!)

    Triceps: Dips
    2 warm up sets
    70x8, 70x4, 70x3 (up 5 reps)

    Back Width: Hammer Strength Pulldown
    2 warm up sets

    Week 7 Day 4 Lower Body

    This day i remember feeling really sick to my stomach. I had a stomach flu for a few days and this day really hit me at the gym. Left real early this day.

    Biceps: EZ-Curls
    2 warm up sets
    125x7, 125x3, 125x3 (up 2 reps)

    Forearms: Pinwheel Curls
    2 warm up sets
    50x8, 50x4, 50x3 (up 4 reps)

    Thats it for this day. Tomorrow, or today, will be week 8 day 1 starting with upper body.

    I know right? It was bad so i did that same routine over today. Gotta hit those wheels! Will post em up later today, made some progress. Still, appetite is crap today even after working out. Gonna start the liver supps and some taurine today and see if that helps. I was doin fine til i stacked the anadrol, instantly killed my appetite. Over that stuff now, dbol takes the cake for me!

    Week 8 Day 1 Lower Body

    Decided to do the same workout as last time this time to make up for it. Started off strong but kinda dragged towards the end. Didn't eat my usual size breakfast today before the gym and started feeling hungry half way through. Still, it was good.

    Biceps: EZ-Curls
    2 warm up sets

    Forearms: Pinwheel Curls

    Calves: Calves on Leg Press

    Week 8 Day 2 Upper Body

    Today i was well rested, woke up early, felt good in the gym. Noticed today in the gym i was sweating a lot more then usual on cycle, kinda weird. Maybe from deca? Idk? Either way, still felt great in the gym and pushin that weight. Ill weigh myself tonight and see where im at but still have vascularity and good size, lovin it!

    Chest: Dips
    3 warm up sets
    115x8, 115x4, 115x2 (up 25lbs)

    Shoulders: Smith Press Behind Neck
    2 warm up sets
    205x8, 205x2, 205x2 (up 2 reps)

    Triceps: Skull Crushers
    2 warm up sets
    105x10, 105x2, 105x3 (up 5 reps)

    Back Width: Pull Down Behind Neck
    2 warm up sets
    205x7, 205x4, 205x3 (up 10lbs)

    Back Thickness: Dumbell Rack Rows
    2 warm up sets
    95x8, 95x5, 95x4 (First Go)

    3 sets of abs and 2 sets of broom twists

    Overall i felt it was a strong and intense workout. Wish i had more time for cardio but that will come. Off day tomorrow, boy i need it! Work schedule really sucks right now and its not working around my cycle or gym time, haha!

    Quick Update

    Today is week 8 day 6 and loving it! Since i dropped the orals ive lost literally maybe one pound of water, nothing else! Still weighing between 208-210 ed. Really want to get to at least 220 steasy by the end of this cycle and of course keep as much as possible. Also looking into cruising at a low dose of 150-200mg of test enth into my next cycle. I have all the goods like hcg so ill be good. Appetite is fully back now, no sides what so ever! Deca is treating me good, real good!
    Yesterday i had a very stron lower body workout, squatted the most every yesterday! Even though its not a lot to most of u but i really never did squats, always leg press and hacks. Ill update my workout log from yesterday tonite or for sure tomorrow.
    Tomorrow should be upper body, cant wait! Libido is crazy (test finally takin effect!), no sides what so ever, great cycle! Just tryin to eat even more now to make up for what i couldnt eat while on the drol, damn drol!

    Its doin me good but todays leg workout killed! Everything was bomb til i hit the hack squats. Did 3 warm up sets, even stretched, light cardio, everything u could think of to warm up my quads! On my actual working set of hacks, my right knee was killing me! I mean real bad, right in the middle of my knee cap inside! Looks like ima have to buy some knee wraps and maybe even lower the weight a bit on what my quads are pushin. Gonna try knee wraps for sure on my next lower body day and see how that goes. Sucks when ur muscles have all the strength in the world to push the weight but stupid things like ur knees are holding u back! And im only 25, wtf?!?

    Today was another strong workout. Last week of beating the log book this week. Starting to hit sticking points and need to re-arrange things.

    Biceps: Alternate Dumbell Curls
    2 warm up sets
    50x7, 50x3, 50x3 (up 1 rep)

    Forearms: Barbell Wrist Curls
    2 warm up sets
    95x10, 95x4, 95x3 (up 2 reps)

    Calves: Standing Calf Raises
    2 warm up sets
    237.5x10
    237.5x8 (up 5 reps)

    Hams: Seated Leg Curls
    3 warm up sets
    210x7, 210x4, 210x4 (up 15lbs)

    Quads: Hack Squats
    2 warm up sets (starting hurting last few reps)
    270x6
    270x6 (down 4 reps)

    Right knee killed it for me at the end.

    Week 9 Day 3 Off

    Nice day off today, too bad its blazing hot! Been keeping mmy meals goin. Some days i cheat, most i dont. Even so, im sure those cheat meals help since after all, this is a dman bulk tryin to put on size as cleanly as possible. Still, ive been hovering between 208-210lbs ed since ive dropped the orals. Also stopped the bromo today, gonna try without and anti-prolac drugs. Just taking 100mg proviron ed with my injects, nothing else as far as aas goes for now.
    Planning on starting t3 on monday at 50mcg and up to 75mcg, no higher then that. Just runnin it for a bit to see how i react to it since my next cycle will be a cut and will be using it. Should be interesting.

    What's up bro? That's the major drawback with prop but it'll get better. It's been about 2 years since i've used prop but getting on it again late this month, so i'll be with ya. haha...

    Should have taken some last week when i was swole before gettin sick. Ill put some up in a few days or so. I feel much better today though and plan on hitting the gym tomorrow morning to make up for today and also get some cardio in. Maybe if the gf is home after ill have her take some. Surprised, since ive been sick i still dont look like ive lost an inch anywhere, love aas! Dreading having to pin my right tri today, ahhhh! Ima try warming the vial good before i shoot, maybe that will help with some of the pain. I mean pain i can deal with, i cant deal with not being able to bend my arm or lift my arm to scratch my head. Thats the worst part cus its swollen and red. Also looks bad if someone saw me without a shirt and my red tricep, haha!
    If i wasnt such a wuss and had my inject sites id do .5cc left tri and right tri, that way next day they look huge cus their swollen, etc! That would be some ish!
    I think its the lab though since ive used another ugls test prop as well as pharm grade, both zero pain next day after my very first ever inject of it! Thats what im comparing this to. But, maybe soon my muscles will get use to it and less swelling/stiffness will occur down the road. If not, i dont see how ima be able to train upper body.

    I must of missed why you can't hit your ass or quads. Those are the areas i usually abuse with prop cause i can handle those parts being a little more sore. Good luck man and i'll be checking in on you.

    Glutes for my bi-weekly test/deca shots, quads for hcg (couldn't imagine this prop in my quads anyways), delts and tris for prop or whatever else i want. Took three prop shots all with different methods and pain is crazy. Spoke to the seller and said to have new painless prop soon. Good thing i only had a few vials of this stuff, not that much of a waste.

Then again, i have several vials from another ugl which ive used thats painless but want to save those since i know theyre legit and painless for my next cycle. So not gonna touch those.     Strength is still slowly climbing up, even while im cruising my dc workouts! Size id say in weight is the same but the mirror says even though i weighed the exact same last week, i look slightly bigger. SO idk?
    Been on t3 for 8 days now. First 7 days was at 50mcg ed and today upped it to 75mcg ed. Gonna stay at this dose for a few weeks then taper down. Ive noticed im a bit more sweaty and lethargic in the gym since starting the t3. Just want to really see how my body reacts to it and maybe lose some fat in the process even though my cardio has been sub-par lately. Will update logs soon.

    Week 10 Day 5 Lower Body

    Felt strong going into the gym this day and turned out quite well. Still cruising on DC training, feels good to cruise for a few.

    Biceps: Machine Preacher Curls
    2 warm up sets
    130x8 (3 drop sets for extra burn) (up 2 reps)

    Forearms: Hammer Curls
    2 warm up sets
    60x10 (same)

    Calves: Seated Calf Raises
    2 warm up sets
    180x10 (same)

    Hams: Lying Leg Curls
    2 warm up sets
    150x8 (down 2 reps)

    Quads: Squats
    3 warm up sets
    275x8 (down 2 reps)

    For some reason after i finished calves my legs started cramping bad. I did about 10min of light/medium intensity cardio on the treadmill to try and stretch and warm them up before i hit hams and quads. Didn't make much of a difference, still got bad charlie horse's in my quads and hams. Was no fun!

    Week 10 Day 7 Upper Body

    Today i had it in my head for some reason to try and hit my flat bench max and thinking i could do 365 for 1 rep solid (deca must really be kicking in, haha). I did 3 warm up sets then 265 for 10 felt a bit heavy. So i calmed my ego down and just maxed at 335 for 2 reps solid. Felt strong throughout, noticing more of a pump and still slight strength increase.

    Chest: Flat Bench Press Max
    3 warm up sets
    335x2

    Incline Flys
    2 warm up sets
    70x10
    70x6

    Shoulders: Hammer Strength Press
    2 warm up sets
    180x10 (up 3 reps) (felt easier)

    Triceps: Cable Pushdowns Caber Bar
    2 warm up sets
    195x10 (full stack and 45lb plate)

    Back Width: Front Pulldowns
    2 warm up sets
    225x6 (down 1 rep)

    Back Thickness: Rack Deads
    405x6 (up 1 rep)

    Week 11 Day 1 Off

    Just did cardio first thing in the morning with 60g whey protein and about 20g glutamine in me before doing it. Just did 35min medium/high intensity on the treadmill at various speeds/inclines. Felt good and easy. Going to up it to 45min next week. Trying to do a lot more cardio now, especially on my off days. Schedule at work is going better so i can wake up a bit earlier to have time for cardio, or sleep in haha. Might as well make use of the 75mcg of t3 im taking ed. I can see and feel it working at metabolizing my food better. Either that or Deca is doing its magic because im feeling a lot more fuller as in muscle, not water retention!

    Tomorrow is lower body, knee wraps work great!

    So stoked! My source re-shipped test prop painless batch and suppose to get in in today! Gonna get 400mg in before the end of the week and continue doin it 400mg week on top of what im on for a nice burst for the next 3-4 weeks im on deca! Should be nice!
    Anyways, i did 315 for like 6 reps i think. Wanted to test my 1 rep max to see where its at. Got 335 for 2 solid reps so i guess it kind of evens out. When i can rep 365 and max at 405, ill be a happy camper!
