    Jesus how did you even accomplish that? I mean I consumed everything I possibly could fit in my stomach with no regard of macros. I don't even know how you did it. I had bbq bacon cheese burgers that I poured ranch on top of, I had double chocolate cakes with 2 large glasses of milk almost every single night after dinner, did I mention the soft serves? lol Also, I would regularly finish my girlfriends desserts and eat pizza and sh*t, I would just grab it off trays as I walked by even when I wasn't hungry. (FATASS)

    Maybe I didn't gain as much because you made my metabolism a badass in the weeks just prior to the cruise...

    well i think in all fairness i was coming off a long cut and had been very limited in carbs for a long time. also i started a few days early.. the whole shooting match was prob around 2 weeks.. i lost it all back in about 3-4weeks i think.

    Well either way, I took comfort in knowing that following your guidelines I can lose (almost unbelieveably) 1 pound everyday as long as I hit my diet and cardio. So I just ate my ass off with no worries. My buddy who went with me gained almost exactly the same amount. He actually made the gym 3 times though :P

    My favorite part of the whole trip was the Jamaican man swimming in the water below the docks by the cruise ship. He was saying "throw me some change mon! I'll swim down to the bottom and grab it!". I was like jesus I can't believe there is a Jamaican man below us right now treading water and begging for change at the same time LOLOLOL

    Screw up diet yesterday? No sir.
    Still morbidly obese? Yes.
    Morning weigh in: 219.2lbs

    Hello! Haven't posted in a while, been pretty slammed with school and have been side tracked. Going to do my best to keep posting daily as I feel its a very important part of achieving my BF% goal. I have been hitting my diet pretty religously with only a few slip ups here and there. I have also been making sure to make at least 3 gym sessions in the PM to lift weights so that I'm not losing muscle mass. With everything else thats going on right now, I have hardly been making any cardio at all.

    I hope to change this tomorrow morning. I have been on the scale every morning and eating my diet almost perfectly. I noticed I was maintaining my weight or dropping .4 -.6 each day, which was good as I did not want to gain because of the lack of cardio. I am now 219, when I left for my trip I was 221, when I got home I was 228 lol

    Gonna hop back on my cardio tomorrow morning and hopefully not break the cycle. I suck at school and it takes every bit of effort in my body to pull off a B. I am really struggling with math and have been working with a tutor. This keeps me up late and I choose to sleep in rather than get up for the gym.
