3 lbs in the first 4 days and I felt great actually. The lack of bloat made me feel much better and it really wasn't an issue at 800 cals.

I can't stand the feeling of being bloated, I would eat less by afraid of losing muscle. once I get big enough I'll probably try what you're doing, even if I lose some muscle I still be big enough.

Right back to where I was considering I haven't been disciplined in the slightest. I'm looking forward to getting that "lighter" feeling back quickly! I have struggled this last year with a number of injuries and am actually feeling near 100% for the 1st time in along time so I'm excited to make the diet and gym more of a routine vs. a periodic stop!

I normally tan very easy so this will brown up just fine. Momma was rubbing aloe all over last night
I would have like to have started earlier but things have been in the way of my (me) time.

not sure what yogurt you're eating, but I love the Greek yogurt, high in protein and low in cals. I get it from Sam's Club. its fat free but has a great creamy taste.

Just a Yoplait light that the wife picked up. I told her this morning that I am going to have to swap the 16 carbs in the yogurt for something higher in protein and lower in carbs.

    Day #2 (do over)

    Meal #1
    6 egg whites

    Meal #2
    5 oz. Talapia
    Bag of steamed veggies
    1 c. cottage cheese

    Meal #3
    6 oz. grilled turkey breast
    3 cups steamed veggies

    Meal #4
    2 yogurts

I will add the macro's in later. I was quite hungry as I had another pretty decent workout. Feeling well over all but I can definitely see why they suggest not working out or at least very lightly while doing this. With the extra calorie depletion from working out, it makes the hunger more difficult to deal with than when not working out. Oh well..only day 2.

Major kudos Bass. Very impressed. I really wish I could but the tatts are very identifiable and take away my plausible deniability.

definitely don't want to hijack Link's thread, but wanted to give him some encouragement. yes that first pic is prior to making a life change and TRT. added lots of muscle since then but also added fat which I am trying to get rid of, this is why I got interested in this thread.

Lunk, I understand about the tatts, but anything you can show it would be great.

    Day #3 (the do over)

    Meal #1
    6 egg whites
1 slice no fat American cheese

    Meal #2
12-15 saltine crackers with mozz cheese on em (I'm so weak sometimes )

    Meal #3
    9.5 oz 94% lean ground
    2 slices no fat cheese

I know, not a great day! All and all I'm sure my calories themselves were still considerably low.
