oats in water = yuck!

I down a whey shake first thing when I wake up unless i'm doing cardio. Then I do cardio, take a shower and then do it.

lately all the buzz in the diet forum is to wait awhile to have ur carb meal...like this morning i did cardio..came up..took a shower..sit around then did the above
prolly cardio then the water/whey/oats 30 mins later. What u think 24..look good? Thats actually the only carbs I have had all day...nonworkout day. Im thinkin bout havin sum oats now actually

I'd say fist meal after cardio yea pro/carb looks good but what about PWO? Isnt that the most important meal? I beleive you need to make that a pro/carb as well. I'm not 100% sure I havent cut myself, but PPWO might need to be pro/carbs as well but I'd check the cut sticky real quick. Stick with carbs just those 2-3 meals for a while and see how that works. Beware the carb craz after a while your gonna want carbs real bad, maybe not but it happens.

opops didnt see it was a non workout day. In that case I'd say yes that could be your only carb meal. My buddy always has his PPWO regardless while hes cutting its working for him so that would be your call

Not a big party guy myself I mean I go out but I dont dance or drink so 90% of parties are out of the question. Trust me I wouldnt be studying if this semester wasnt so hard I'm not a real big school guy.
