Going for a walk is always better than sitting idle, well done. I do usually more than 10km a day but since upping Test my activity levels declined.
Of course I always have to keep myself do something otherwise I go crazy.
It's not depression consisting of sadness and negative mood, rather general slow down and lethargy. I've actually been depressed in my teens and young adulthood so I know what I'm talking about. It's like you get your life energy drained out.

I'm lucky enough to never have experienced this. It seems soul destroying knowing you want to do something but your mind is resisting you.
For me the thing I feel sometimes. Is every now and then I get a day where I feel like everyone is watching me. If i am out a walk I feel like the cars that pass have their eyes on me. I even find myself taking 5 minutes to get out of the car at the gym to make sure there is no one to see me getting out my car.
It's strange but I get that once every few weeks
Oh, I used to have staring feeling back in my teens. Nowadays I'm the one staring at everyone. Even almost got into arguments because of the attitude.
It's a powerful tool of non-verbal communication, you can express confidence and dominance with it, but also shyness and submission, even inadvertently. Never escape from engaging eye contact unless circumstances dictate it (ie. way too dangerous ppl around).
I like that I may well give that a shot. However I've always been a stay out of trouble and keep myself to myself in the background kind of person. I always put on a front if I need to do something extroverted. I used to be a part of a sales team that sold insurance and I also coach and teach in schools. My fake confidence can be phenomenal but I don't feel it inside

I did try tribulus a good few months ago but discountiued after I felt no difference and read online it was worthless
I really would like to hear kels solution to this. A 18 year old in his 400s. Never touched aas. I cant come up with something. Those natural test elevating foods/exercises solutions turn out to be crap. A dude on the internet studied this and did all fixes for months. Egg, squats, red meat..u name it......but final test showed no elevated total test.
But i guess kel thinks we are just thrashing in the Castle so he rarely visits.
I do remember one report saying there is no significant difference when it comes to anabolism in the gym for a guy in the 300s and in the 1000s.
But the guy in the 1000s will find it more easy to burn fat.

I had the most amount of muscle when I was 15/16 and have not put on any since then... so I don't know if I can put down to test my lack of muscle. Diet was not on point for a while and I have been on a deficit for nearly 8 months.
I will ride it out till my next blood test. I hope they aren't going to be bitches about getting my t checked again. Had to pin the nurse against the wall and tell her I was a mad man to get my t checked last time

Actually ur 100% rigth. Because i look more..yoked...as they said in another thread, heavy.
I diett down last summer and in my uniform nonliftingguys at work asked why i have lost so much weigth. I didnt like that. Cause i looked superyoked in the gym with pump and tank. But that is only a few hours every week.
Only path is to be big and cut and then u need orals and tren and i dont mine those suckers anymore.
Anyone tried? Seemed too good to pass up
