Liquid Clen works pretty well. You could get a bottle of that along with some Liquid T-3 for 100 bucks.
I was weighing 302 lbs about 1 month ago. I've been taking the clen and t-3 and eating alot of good foods , and hitting some early morning cardio a couple times a week, and I'm down to 278 lbs....10 more pounds or so, and I'll be sitting right where I want to be.
I'd say give it a shot it works great.

Well as of tomorrow, im starting my diet, and i will see where i end up. I've stocked up on chicken breasts, brown rice, tuna, oatmeal, peanut butter, flax, etc. So we will see where i end up. (of course expect pictoral progress)

    Current Measurements
    6'4
    330lbs
    Arms 20.5"
    Thigh 35"
    Chest 57"
    Waist 42"
    Calves 18.5"
    Forearms 15.5"
    BF% - I'll assume in the 20's (most calculators say 19%)

Im currently following the diet regiment in the "how to cut" sticky thread.

    Do eeeet!
I've lost another 4 lbs since my last post on this thread. 274lbs now, at 270 I'm going to hit the wieghts hard and heavy again. I shed almost 30 lbs in a month, got more vascular, and only lost maybe 2 reps at 315 on bench. You'll notice the effect of the clen start to fade fairly quick. Most people cycle on and off of it replacing it with ephedra about every two weeks. I just increased my clen intake weekly from 20mcg to 40 then 60 and finally today I stop at 80mcg, and I wont be taking it anymore till I need it again......good stuff !

it's better to just take benadryl instead of go off clen and onto ephedra.

Glad to hear you are starting your diet, I was 290 + pds for many years, when I dieted ,I went down to 220 and felt a million times better, healthier, fitter and looked a lot better, I have since let my self go, and have started up again, but the point is once you start yor diet you will be so glad you did when you see your end results, u have great genetics and solid frame, you can look like Sapp if you wish.

Remember that quality is better than quantity, you have massive potential, most guys out there wish they had half the muscle mass you have.

Go get em, good luck with the diet and well done, keep up the good work.

Sapp, yeah it'd be nice to look like him one day, i seriously doubt though i'll be going as low as 220. I dont even think thats possible for me, thats like 130lb difference...

    Thanks for the motivation

Hey guyz, im not gone just been busy working and trying to cut the BF down.. I haven't done my weight in about 3 weeks now, just eating chicken, brown rice and veggies along with my protein shakes. My scale stop working so im not sure whats up (i hope i didnt go over the maximum weight of 375, but considering pants are loose and belt is actually starting to go back around the waist for a 2nd time, i must be losing a tad..

I attached 3 pics, i think in chronological order. Youll see the midsection once i reach my goal

    I welcome your responses

    IM IN DC NOW!

The Dutch are by far the best, Sapps record is nothing but a joke to be honest, he has won as many as he has lost,he is a huge goliath of a man, whos fitness level expires in the first 30 seconds of the first round,he has a glass jaw, but the fights he wins are due to his huge bouldering swings, and If they hit you are lights out.

He is more of a marketing strategy than any thing else, he is very popular with the Asians, which is good as it gives K1 a lot more coverage, Tyson was suppose to fight Sapp in the K1 { yeah, you read right, quite a joke if you ask me } but nothing transpired after his loss to Danny Williams.

I have heard from a friend of mine who once fought in the K1 circuit that he is one hell of a nice guy, but one thing is for sertain he is one HUUUUUUGGE
guy, hope i was able to give you a little feed back on the Sapp prodigy.
