That's a lot. I eat about 13 and that's enough for me. Btw, do you eat any of the yolks since they have the highest amount of protein in the egg?

I eat the yolk only before bed, 8 eggs of which 3 whole, hard boiled.

yes I'm sure, the reason is my lower body is not nearly as big as my upper body (its catching up though), and I have a very small bone structure 29" waist, Im not as wide as some one my size should be either.
Besides I stay around 9-12% BF year round.

Most people who don't know my real weight, had qouted 235-240.

My lats are really big when flexed, otherwise, you can't see them much, don't know why

    Thanks for the comment man.

Give him the benefit of the doubt bro!

He posted pics and I'm sure he knows his measurements...don't be a hater.

And there is no way that YOU can tell the exact size by simply looking at the picture he posted.

I have 18.5" inch biceps and his could easily be 18 or 20...to hard to tell from just a picture, and looking at his physique, I'm inclined to believe him!

    What's up smoke.

    How's your progression going?

Did you have problems with continued gains from your long cycle?

Have you had to switch things up, or take a break to return to having gains?

I like your long run ideas compared to short runs. Sounds safer in regards to overall health *not HPTA*, and gains seem more dry and steady. Not 20lbs+ of heart straining water/lbm weight in 2 months time.

Wts up bro?! Yeah my Liver numbers weren't too great, in my last blood work as well as my HDL which was too low. So I'm in the process of quitting it now, been on for 13 months. 225 lbs 10% BF
Had a bunch of injuries in the past 3 months as well.

So Im taking a break for 6 months then jump back on for another year.

You should break the egg into 2 halves, just move the entire thing from one half to the other back and forth over the cup and the white will fall.
