    Um I am on my deload for 2 weeks so Im resting man. I actually have gotten leaner and gained 1lbs...and that was only after 1 week of deloading, im taking this week off as well for a full deload, im priming at the same time, so I will be fully rested and primed for my cycle. Then reload

    Its funny I feel better out of the gym then I do in it. I may never workout again lol just eat right and do my pushups and situpz!!

    Hahahah thats badass dude. Seriously if i didnt life for a week i think my body would look flat.... Thats just me though. the most i do is take off 2 days consecutively but that hasnt happened in a LONG time!

    AWEsome green beans. make u wanna "slap ur pappy!"

    fresh (or frozen) green beans
    EVOO
    fresh garlic (about 4 or 5 cloves sliced relatively thin)

    boil ur green beans in big pot in water about 6 mins leaving them slightly crispy

    get ur skillet heated up and add EVOO and garlic, sautee garlic in EVOO until it turns golden brown.

    add green beans in and stir fry around until theyre well coated with garlic EVOO.

    serve and thoroughly enjoy! (i do)

    p.s. i highly recommend eating the garlic too!
