personally I haven't watched much TV in a couple years. but that show looks entertaining (history channel correct ?). My retirement living off the grid in the Rocky Mountains is a dream . for now I'll enjoy living on the grid in the Rocky Mountains with a few neighbors around (when I retire I want zero neighbors for miles).

Neutral grip barbell bench press (using football bar) - 6 sets 6 reps (with chains to help take stress off my jacked up shoulder)
Strict seated overhead press - 1 set 15 reps, 1 set 8 reps, 5 sets 5 reps, 1 set AMRAP (20 or so strict)
Incline hammer strength press - 5 sets 6 reps
Triceps - one arm cable push downs - 3 sets 16 reps, 4 sets 10 reps
Triceps - cable push downs - 5 sets 10 reps
No train today.

all that intensive brute force labor work probably helps you stay damn lean though I'd imagine.. I owned a contracting business for years back in the day. working long days in the heat takes its toll. my problem was it didn't make me hungry, I was thirsty as hell and ended up drinking my calories (not optimal for gains thats for sure)
Yes exactly in summer. Business died in august and september which saved my ass.

I been on tren running hot anyway. You get dizzy and fucked up in ahour climbing a tree with higher bodymass. There is a reason you dont see anything but scrawny marathon runners.
Yeah good call though. Its my biggest fight. Puts gains to a standstill in the heat.

Do not train much mondays and tuesdays. Sunday is killer chest tris shoulders. Wednesdays thighs and traps.
But maybe i do some narrow flat benchpress homegym today. Kind of 3 in one exersize. Chest tris and shoulders. 30 reps. Pump.
Increasing doses again this week. Adding another 6 mgs s23 to my already lgd 12 mg, s23 6 mg, mk677 12.5 mg, sus 250 and nebido.
Again, not about the amount, its all about the increase. Every week. Then the body will increase each week. Its logic.
My bads?...adding to much carbs these days. Getting more fat. Should have added proteins instead.

Not all pros run insane doses of AAS.
Some of them are 5-8 250lbs naturally @15% bf
They run lower doses.
The question you must ask is.... Do you fall into that category?
If yes then good for you.
If no... Up the dose and hold on for the ride![]()
never cut back on the carbs, much better to just add more Tren... its simple logic brother![]()
Guys I need help. I am bulking. I am gaining about .2-.5 lbs per day. I am presently 25 lbs over my last competition weight. Do I look OK or should I try losing some?
I am also taking slin pre and post morning and afternoon workouts. This has me eating more also.
