I used to go back and forth between vanilla and choc..now if I try to drink vanilla I almost barf.. nasty

when i'm bulking i shoot for 5000 calories but i have the hardest time getting there. to get that much in a day i usually have to hit up taco bell. i probablby don't need that many calories though being 5'7" 195lbs

I had a chicken philly. SSSSSSSSOOOOOOOO frikkin' good. This new place just opened across the street owned by these two guys from Philly and they make damn good sandwich. So much for cutting!
