A lot of people would but EQ has done well by me before... my focus is to stay lean and increase strength.. I need to focus on my core and to not get injured. The past couple years has been a bitch.. herniated a disk a couple years back and had a neck injury several months ago.. so, I was out of the gym pretty much for a year until this past February and don't want to go through that again..
