did you take some time off from the gym?
did you take some time off from the gym?
Got knocked off my bike and did some nerve damage in my left arm, could not adjust my finger pressure for picking things up so i could not train fully, but it's getting better now, they were not broken but had been moved and kind of trapped in swelling..... funny feeling when you touch your fingers but can't really feel it well.... Anyhow no worries it's getting better so that good, still lost weight though, that s**ks
First full day back at the gym was yesterday,,,,after nearly 2 months...
Damn man I didn't know.. maybe I wasn't paying attention but I'm sorry to hear that.. glad you're doing better. Are the traffic patterns in Asia (where you are) organized or is it a free-for-all?
Now that's talent.. too bad it didn't work out for you. haha..
Ya... if your doc will see me, that would be awesome.... I went to my GF's doc and he wanted to prescribe me Anti D's. I was like.... WTF? Never went back there but did get a 2nd and 3rd opinion.... No doctors thinks I am depressed except him, oh and guess what his wife does.... ya, she's a shrink and he wanted me to go see her.... what a c0ck sucker
Anything change since I left Igi???![]()
Umm not really... cept I'm getting ready to turn in any minute.. out of juice.. feel myself fading away.. how was the back workout?
You're not drinking coffee are you? Hey, did you ever consider that your coffee intake may have something to do with your sleep issues?
My back workout was awesome, Thanks
No.... I am not drinking coffee.... I had some waxy maze and some BCAA.... now I am drinking water waiting for my steel cut oats to be ready. Nothing better than steel cut oats some splenda and a whey shake!
I only drink coffee in the morning and then afternoon.... its very rare I'll down one after 6pm.
can someone sums up t4 for me whats the difference b/w t3 and t4? whats a t4?
The girl was actually with me,,,, i would of got hurt a lot more if i didn't use her to break my fall..........., good having a girlfriend sometimes..lol.........................joking
The two main thyroid hormones are T4 (thyroxin) and T3 (levo-Triiodothyronine). The thyroid gland mainly produces T4 which is later converted by a deiodinase enzyme to T3. The interesting thing is that T3 is about five times more potent at
raising the Basal Metabolic Rate than T4. In a dieting situation, the body produces less deiodinase enzyme, therefore producing less T3.
Without the effects of the more potent T3 the Basal Metabolic Rate decreases. Of course, there is plenty of T4 but it’s just not potent enough to
maintain the metabolism. With a lowered metabolism, less calories are burned on a daily basis and the diet ceases to work
Copied from EF..
ok I am out u whores...talk to u guys tomorrow....take care
T3 is the active hormone. T4 is produced by your thyroid gland and is converted into T3 in the liver (well, mostly in the liver. I believe it can undergo conversion in a few other organs, but the amounts are not all that significant). By itself, T4 is if little to no use - T3 is the final, and active product.
don't you dare just take my t3 information and leave!! Whorebag!
Thanks cal for coming in and taking over my conversation with fuken T4 questions..... whore
