yeah he got wasted! but the cop was responding to the club where it all was going on. damageplan was in their first song of the night when the dude rushed the stage. a bunch of people called the cops, and they snuck in thru the back, and caught the guy off guard as he was popping innocent concert goers... and the people that were trying to help dime... and shot the guy in the face. I think the guy 's name was Nathan Gayle(the one that killed Dime)
