Well, I thought pasta was later, so I ate four peanut butter sandwiches. Then like 20 minutes later my wife brings my a BIG plate of pasta. I LOVE pasta, so i went for it. I couldn't finish it, but even the attempt feels like it was a bad move.....
I can't wait till i feel better so I can finish the rest of that pasta....

My daughters b-day party was today so we were at the boat aaaaalll friggin day. Just got back.. My wife was pissed at me too..

i don't know how all you ingenius fvcks figure out how to bring in so many colories. I can only make it to a little over 3k a day with real food, I have to get the rest in there with weight gainer (I aim for 5k a day)
Ive found my favorite PWO meal... for some reason it is even helping me cut which is weird having milk in it... I take a bowl of all bran and then, in a blender, mix .5 cup skim milk, .25 cup water and 2 scoops whey protein, blend and pour over the cereal. Fcuk it makes for good recovery
I had one scoop of ON protien this AM with meal 2. Since I was out on a boat all day, I ate 2 turkey burgurs/2 97% lean beef burgers/only 2 buns/avacado/and some papaya salad... I'm usually a bit more diverse than that but I was limited today..
That's about my comfort/regular zone right there too.. anything beyond that I have to pay attention to. which I usually do but you figure if we didn't lift then we'd be happy with that daily amount.

I notice in the mornings I can hardly eat anything, so I go with peanut butter on toast with raisins and a few hard boiled eggs.
I also go through about 5 gallons of skim milk a week, I drink it with nearly every meal.
wow, now I know Ive been missing on the good women... Im at work right now and there is a liquor store right below us more towards the front of the complex. A caddy just pulled into the liquor store, the guy got out and went in and the girl opens her door, sticks her legs out just far enough so she can remove her panties... wtf!?!?! Im seriosuly missing out.
thats incredible since you look like you stay quite lean. I cant maintain sub 10% while eating anything I enjoy so Im down to 1 sloppy bulk per year. I wont be doing that again as I dont want more mass (shhhh, dont tell anyone, I think its a crime to not want to get stuck when walking through doors)
My first cycle was 500mg a week a Test E. No front loading, no dbol to kickstart, just test. I saw AWESOME results.
I am now on my second cycle, and I was going to do something similar, but I figured "**** it, I have always wanted to try tren"
So I am running 550mg a week of Andropen 275 (test mix)
And 300mg a week a Tren Depot
My bench press has gone up 80lbs in 8 or 9 weeks.
I can't imagine upping the doses, I'm convinced the only difference i would see is higher blood toxicity and more injuries
