I threw the package away so not sure. Looked at the ingredients though and saturated fats were only like 5g per link. Thx for the link though.Originally Posted by probuild42

No doubt that I am grateful for the vets today and all active member of the armed forces. They do the true heavy lifting.
Defiantly grateful to the vets and that none of my immediate family were injured or killed in Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines
I'm grateful for my freedom
I am grateful to this forum. At 44 years of age and having dabbled with steroids on and off in my late 20s and again the last 3 years, through reading the various educational threads and listening and absorbing the advice given out, specifically the proper usage of test and ai's and hcg through cycle, this is the first cycle I've done that my balls haven't shut down completely and my libido is still through the roof. And I'm 10 weeks in with 2 to go. Have made big solid gains and strength through the roof with no problems at all. Thank you to all.
^^^^^ good to hear and welcome
I'm thankful my kids are becoming old enough to help me with chores.

My older daughter who is now 20 and obviously not so huggy or exited when she sees me even if it's been a couple of week gave me a good compliment a couple of weeks ago. As most kids she use to think our family was messed up compared to others because we/I had rules, guidelines and didnt just let her run wild like a lot of parents do. (Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence syndrome.) She said now that she has been out on her own a little and really getting to see families for what they really are that our family is pretty normal and a lot better than most. LOL
It's great when they finally appreciate the parents. I've got quite a few years before my kids would likely say anything like that, but I will say, when my son was born 6 years ago, one of the first things I did was call my parents and apologize for being such a pain in their ass as a child!!! I'm thankful my wifes pregnancy has been healthy so far
Im grateful to the people that visit this thread and share there stories. Life is short and I have to remember that I am a part of others lives and they are a part of mine. I need to remember this in everything I do. My actions affect others either positively or negatively. When I get a bit down or selfish its nice to come here and be reminded that I am a small part of the world I live in.
I am grateful for the ability and opportunity to spend time with my kids this weekend deer hunting.
Its the little things in life like this that I am most thankful for.

It gets better! Oh Ya, potty training. I have 2 boys. I swear they could aim right in the bowl and still not get one drip in there.
Those are the moments that remind us what it is all about! Dropping off and picking up my 5 year old from kindergarten is one the joys in my life. The big smile and the excitement. Wish I could bottle it up!!
The gym...
Me and my old lady split after 2.5 years, and the only thing that seems to make sense right now and keeping me sane is in when I'm in the gym. No time to think about life and all the problems it brings, just you and some weights.
Sorry to hear that cj.. Whatever helps to keep your head level. Hang in there.Originally Posted by cj111
