Bulgarian split squat 60 x 6,6,6
Seated good morning (safety squat bar) 140kg x 6,6,6
Roman chair leg raise x 25,25,25
Sweat was pouring all over. Was doubting third rep, been a while since I did box squats this low, was in rack so thought no worries, it went up but squirted some blood out my nose halfway lol.

Can someone walk me through the points/scoring system.
Guys I've got some fkin irritating phone shenanigans going on the now. The junkie phone is away but I'm still having problems. Took photos last night but my phone literally won't let me save them unless I'm taking the phone with the phone in my hand. Not a video like I usually do to get a full body shot.
I managed to get these photos. So that I have something to put up.
I would ask that I be given an extension or be allowed to use the after pics of last competition due to the issue I'm having. I am in the same condition as shown by the photos and if anything put at a disadvantage due to being pumped in my now befores.
Let me know what you think guys. Apologies for the hassle.

Reckon I'm gonna start doing cardio after my weight training in the mornings. I was not wanting to do this cause I dont want to hurt my muscle growth, but I gotta get the fat off, and doing cardio in the evenings hasn't been working out. I'm planning 20 mins or so of hiit

Shoulder day today! Hit a PR of 120 on push press’...attempted 125 since 120 felt “easy” failed twice so moved on.
Push press 7 working sets
Band pull-a-parts 11 sets of 25
DB press 4 sets 35x8
Machine reverse flyes 4 sets 85x12
Db lateral raises 4 sets 15x12
Facepulls 6 sets 42.5x15
Cable front raises 6 sets 15x12
Machine lateral raises 5 sets 30x15-20
Finished with 15 mins of sprints
