24, I did 405 on my last set of squats yesterday for 14 and 12 reps, respectively. I followed with some leg presses for inner quads (open \ / foot placement high on the leg press), and then leg ext to fail. I supersetted calves w/ Quads, then I did stiff leg deads w/ 225 for 12 each set (4). Finally, I finished with some lying hammie curls.

you did leg ext to fail. I like to use these for warmup to pre exhaust my quads. If i do ext at the end of the workout it is either negatives or sets to occlusion. I like to hit up a couple sets of lunges myself my quads rip through the skin

Yeah, I'll do some lunges every now and then, but at that point it's only bodyweight.

Also, do you incorporate the 3:2 second interval while squatting?

Im always hungry..Im naturally a crazy eater and this cutting diet starves me..even tho I do eat every 2 hours and my diet is good.
I like to do swoles plan every now and then, it kicks @ss. But when I do mine I always squat down slow come back up (not quite as slow as swoles) and Don't lock the legs out to keep tension on the quads the wholle time.Originally Posted by Keyser Sozey
