    Ok guys. U know the best advice from, according to many, the best PT in the world is?
    Dont be afraid to step down. One of my mistakes. I was always 100%. Its surprisingly how little effort one need to keep most of the natty it, if diett is ok.
    Now i just hit the gym sundays. And the rest of the week i do 5-6 sets 3-4 days at home. Thats is.

    I feel like the Hulk. Ready to explode when i start gearing again and adds sets and poundages. Didnt feel that before.

    I worked myself up to a 700 deads.
    But nowadays i need to watch my lower back so its rare.

    I have struggled with thighs last years. I dont know what is smart to do. Usually i train them wednesdays and i like to do deep squats 6 reps.
    But i havent designed my legworkout for the summercycle yet.
    Most likely a high rep low rep combi.
