I dono man.... I've been so busy with the new kid and new job I'm barely getting three solid lifts a week... I'm gonna give the new gh a try so I would like to get a bod pod measurement before I start so hopefully in the next few weeks... I will post all of my results here tho. If I were to guess I would say I'm still well under 10% due to still having faint veins in my stomach and thighs..
