be careful... 3-5 cans per week is "acceptable" level. A friend of mine was eating one of those bulk cans from costco every 2 days... after a month he went to the doctor cause of blurred vision and aching joints...

high mercury content in tuna... yellow eyes can be a sign of a lot of things. Jaundice can be caused by a bad liver/kidney, someone on a lot of meds, heavy oral cycle... hard to say what her problem was.

I ate so much while I was cutting that it took me until last week to finish the 12 cans I bought 2 months ago. When I dont eat it for a while I do tend to crave it though.
On a serious note though... I fuken hate tuna. I dunno how people eat it for fun!
a good change is to switch to basa or talapia. You can bake a dozen fillets at a time and flavor as you like it.
