yeah my gyms got a great set of rbber weights that all match and shit...and then theres the select few plastic plates that are the same weight but different sizes and shit..it just looks like shit...i avoid the plastic ones lol.....standby give it another read

ya after i thought about it thats what came to mind. still all our plates are just steel but there is 3 gyms i can go to and the one far from me has dumbbell cased in rubber

well its definitely a thick coat of rubber...you can feel that its rubber for at least an inch or more over the steel if they are steel

puppy on the left, sam on the right.

the puppy is bigger at 6 months than sam was, so i suspect at the 1yr mark, he should surpass sam's height/weight.

im feeling much better to day after my oral surgery....think ill be able to pound the wifes ass tonnight whoo hoo....just steped on the scale today though and im a bit depressed that i lost another 5lbs in the last week because eating was so painfull i just couldent keep my diet consistant....ohh well time to get back on the horse so to speak and gain it back...i was told i cant lift for a few days so back at it on monday....
