i am 5'7 185lbs
diet:
8am: 6 eggs, 2 slices toast, grapefruit
NEED BETTER CARB SOURCE. OATMEAL PLAIN IS GOOD.
10am: myoplex w/ banana
NEED A PRO/FAT MEAL HERE. MYOPLEX IS A JOKE AND HAS MANY BAD INGREDIENTS. SCRAP THE BANANA AS WELL.
12pm: chicken breast w/rice
NEEDS TO BE PRO/FAT HERE
2pm: myoplex w/ fruit
NEEDS TO BE PRO/FAT
4pm: can tuna (60g protein) w/ hotsauce and bread
I AM ASSUMING THIS IS THE PWO MEAL FROM WEIGHT TRAINING. YOU NEED SIMPLE SUGARS (DEXTROSE) AND PROTEIN HERE.
7pm: steak and potatoes
LOOKS OK
10pm: myoplex w/ fruit or cereal
NEED SLOW DIGESTING PRO/FAT MEAL HERE...
i sleep 8-9 hrs a night
i workout 3 on 1 off (just started this 2 weeks ago)

eq 400mg wks 1-10
enat 500mg wks 1-10
dbol 30mg wks 4-9
pct after

i am now in week 7 and strength is through roof, but weight gain not impressive. and measurements increased only in chest/back, arms still tiny
