Im about to do a bulking cycle, and wanna get the most out of it. Im thinking of doing a powerlifting tyep routine(something like Blown SC's west side split), or DC training I was wondering what ur guys thought r on bulking??? do u do the once a week method, westside, DC...?
I mean when ur on AAS you can recover better, so doesnt it make sense to breakdown as much as possible, therefore growing more
