you squirt it into your mouth...each squirt is 3mg....the recommended dose by docs is 10mg...a lot of people like 20...I just got 15 right in the middle, 5 squirts.

I would like to give a word of caution on this from my own experience with Cialis coming from a 29 yeard old. I used a prescription pill (10mg) maybe 2 or 3 times a week because I liked the effects of it (after you use it you will see what I and others on here mean). Whenever you come off though after a long time then you need to be prepared for a humbling experience. ie. not as hard, no staying power. If I were going to use it again, which I will, I will only do it maybe once every couple of weeks, or special occasions.

but one dose usually affects me in a positive way for the entire weekend.
