    Egg yokes vs Egg Whites???

    some ppl say to divide up the amount of yolks vs whites.. but i was talking to someone and they said that the yolk is the most important part. and that u should alwayts eat the whole egg??

    depends, there are many vitamins in the yolk, as well extra protein. If it a pro-fat meal, through a couple yolks in the mix, if it's pro-carb, just go with the whites.

    And you do realize that egg yollks contain fat while whites do not, so that plays a major factor.

    ill slam a few eggs, white and yolk at breakfast raw..b4 mornin workout..but i will snack on whites only thru out day

    yolk=cholesterol.. personally i dont care seeing as how im too lazy to separate..
